Extracurriculars At Trinity Episcopal Preschool
Trinity Episcopal Preschool offers 4 Fee-based Enrichment programs: Ballet, Soccer, Yoga and Piano. Each program is 30-minutes and begins after the academic day. (Days Vary during the school year)
Ballet and Yoga
Ballet is offered to children once a week. The children learn basic skills and terms associated with ballet. Ballet builds in all children coordination, balance, and rhythm.
Classes are taught by Trinity’s PK teacher Brooke Bennett who has years of dance experience.
Soccer Shots , a national organization that teaches introductory soccer skills, will work on improving balance, coordination, and agility with the kids. Soccer Shots also uses the sessions to teach children important concepts such as teamwork, sharing, and respect.
There are three 8 week sessions offered in the Fall, Winter and Spring and are open to children currently enrolled in the threes & Pre-K (days vary by session).
Small group piano lessons are offered to pre-k children between 12:30-1:30pm throughout the school year. They are taught by Trinity Episcopal Preschool’s music teacher (Ms. Dee). The piano lesson program introduces the children to sight reading notes, hand position and learning an age appropriate piece of music. Parents are invited to attend a piano recital at the end of each session.
